Vacuum insulation panels typically capitalize on vacuum technology for boosting thermal insulation performance by creating a vacuum condition around the insulator and lowering the air thermal conductivity to a near-zero level. Our product adopts glass wool specially developed for vacuum insulators to further enhance thermal insulation performance.
Glass fiber reinforced thermoplastics (FTP) have such excellent characteristics that their applications are expanding to automobile components, electronic and electrical parts, precision machinery component and others. We produce high-quality FTP pellets reinforced with carefully selected chopped strands, milled fibers and flake glass in large quantities with our state-of-the-art systems to accurately respond to customers' needs.
Through our efforts to develop new glass fibers, we successfully invented a revolutionary glass fiber reinforced polycarbonate resin compound that ensures transparency, a high level of rigidity and a low coefficient of linear expansion, even though it was once considered difficult to provide these three features. The glass fiber used in this new compound prevents resin decomposition at the time of mixing polycarbonate resins. Alkaline elution was minimized by means of glass composition and surface treatment technology. In the full range of visible light, the glass is designed to have a refraction index close to that of resins.
