Formaldehyde-free thermal insulation

The sick building syndrome and asbestos health hazards have increased demand for the safety of housing. Contamination of indoor air is a particularly serious issue. Hazardous chemical substances used in building materials that bring about this problem are a cause of great concern, as they are invisible.

In a bid to provide thermal insulations that support the safest housing, we developed glass wool free of formaldehyde, which is a hazardous chemical substance. In addition to the asbestos and Freon-free features common to glass wool products, it achieves freedom from formaldehyde.

We also offer, a new thermal insulation material that conforms to the next-generation energy conservation standards and to the highest Rank 4 criteria for energy conservation measures under the housing performance indication system.
