To ensure the spread and improvement of compliance throughout the entire Asahi Fiber Glass Group, we have produced the Asahi Fiber Glass Group Officer and Employee Standards of Conduct, a booklet that articulates our code of conduct. This booklet is distributed to all employees. The rules to be observed are not limited to laws and regulations, but also include social conventions, logic and morals. In addition, we have introduced a help line system as a consultation service dealing with general standards of conduct. The service is available to all people working in the Asahi Fiber Glass Group. (An outside service offered by a corporate lawyer has also been set up.) In addition, with regard to sexual harassment we have appointed sexual harassment counselors.
